We offer a 7-day free trial period for new users to explore the features and benefits of our platform. During the trial, you can cancel your subscription at any time without incurring any charges.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on our platform.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the platform’s features until then.
- No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused features if you cancel mid-billing cycle.
2.2 Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default to ensure uninterrupted access.
- To avoid renewal, please cancel your subscription at least 2 days before the end of your current billing cycle.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the platform, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 2 weeks.
- Accidental Charges: If you were charged due to a billing error, you are eligible for a refund upon verification.
3.2 Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind or non-usage of the platform after subscription activation.
- Partial usage of services within the billing period.
- Downgrade to a lower-tier subscription plan.
